Join us October 4, to help the Stauffer family get through a very difficult time.  The event will run from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and will feature great food, kids activities and live entertainment!

Feel free to print out the poster for this benefit and post it around to invite others.  If you would like to help with the event, refer to the list of workers/jobs and contact one of the leaders.

100% of funds raised will go to the Stauffer family with Supplemental Funds provided by Thrivent Financial.

Food

The meal will consist of  the following:
Savory Pork Roast, Special St. Peter Homemade Mashed Potatoes, Pork Gravy, Mushroom Sauce, Sauerkraut, Homemade Fried Rice, Coffee & Lemonade.

Tickets are available now at a cost of $12.00.  Please contact St. Peter Lutheran Church at admin@stpeterlc.org to order.

There will also be fresh homemade egg rolls and fried rice that will be offered Ale Carte until it is gone as well as a kids hot dog meal, root beer floats and ice cream sundaes.

Activities

For the Kids:
Children’s games and activities include:
Barrel ride, baby goats to pet, Bounce House, Crazy Hair, Face Painting, Lollipop pull, and more!

For the Adults:
There will be a wine cork pull, Bag-O-Beer Grab, a best-ever bake sale 11:00 am until all goodies are gone, and an amazing silent auction running from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm.   If you wish to help with the silent auction, click here for information.

Entertainment

11:30 am – 2:30 pm:  Accordion extraordinaire Dale Grove
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm:   The ever popular Jason Paulson Band

Background

Allen Stauffer suffered a stroke six months ago. He is still recovering and unsure whether or not he will be able to return to work as a trucker. His wife Rhonda was diagnosed with stage for Glioblastoma in July, which is a highly aggressive brain cancer. She is currently going through intense therapy and radiation treatments.
