The salad for the evening is a family style Camembert Platter.  For your table to share, a scrumptious platter consisting of hot breaded Camembert cheese topped with a tart cranberry compote, accompanied by paper thin sliced onions, wild greens, thin sliced hard salami and homemade German caraway rye served with Cuvaison Chardonnay.

The Intermezzo for the evening is iced wild berries served in a tart lemon glaze and accompanied with Risata Moscato d’Asti.

The evening will conclude with a Homemade Cream Puff Swan.  Crisp cream puff swans filled with a rich almond cream served on a glistening chocolate pond served with Charles Smith Kungfu Riesling.
