Join us for our annual German Maifest Celebration on May 19, from 11 am – 3 pm. Enjoy our famous St. Peter-made schnitzel dinners, Kramarczuk brats, hot pretzels and St. Peter-made apfelstrudel. Back Channel Brewing Co will be providing beer, and there will be live entertainment by Alpensterne, a silent auction, Maifest Markt, kids activities and much more!
Back Channel Brewing Co will be offering the following beer selection onsite (not available to-go):
– Nurture: American Light Lager (4.20%)
– Crushin Dishes: Cream Ale (5.25%)
– Zero: Czech Dark Lager (5.25%)
– Earth Rings: New England Double IPA (8.5%)
Entertainment:
Entertainment will be provided by Alpensterne, S.G. Edelweiss Schuplattlers Dance Group and Bill Koncar the Strolling Accordionist. A Maibaum raising will take place at 3:10 pm – everyone dressed in tracht are encouraged to help! There will also be activities for the kids including a Bounce House!
Silent Auction:
This year’s Silent Auction will be in the church. The auction opens at 11:00 am and closes at 2:50 pm. Winning items can be picked up at 3:15 pm.
Maifest Markt:
The ever popular Maifest Markt will flank both sides of the church. This year’s Markt will include German imports, hand-made goods, local arts and crafts, canned goods and items of curiosity and wonder!
Vendors:
Vendors that would like to sell their items at the Maifest Markt can download the Reservation Form. The form also includes more information regarding the space available and the event.
